Fried Goat Cheese Balls

If you are a fan of the Bravoverse- get these while they are hot! IYKYK. If not, they are still amazingly delish! Pair with a bubbly and maybe binge some Housewives while you are at it.

Ingredients

10–12 oz goat cheese
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Neutral oil for frying

1/2 cup mango chutney (store-bought or homemade)

Bread on side

Instructions

  1. Roll goat cheese into small balls (1–1.5 tbsp each). Freeze 20–30 minutes until firm.

  2. Set up breading: flour → egg wash → panko mixed with salt and pepper.

  3. Coat each ball in flour, egg, then panko. Repeat egg + panko for a thicker crust. Chill again briefly.

  4. Heat oil to 350°F.

  5. Fry 1–2 minutes until deep golden and crisp. Remove and lightly salt.

  6. Plate with a spoon or swipe of mango chutney and place goat cheese balls on top, serve with bread
