What is your cancellation policy?
We know life happens and as a small, events-driven business, we get it. However, our tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, under any circumstances. If you're registered and something comes up, we will happily provide store credit with 2 weeks notice of a class. Within two weeks, store credit can no longer be issued but you are welcome to send a friend or two in your spot! (Credit with us does not expire and can be used at any point in the future).

How are groups set up?

Our public classes are held at shared chef’s counters, with guests cooking together in groups of four. If you book fewer than four spots, you’ll be paired with other guests to complete your group. Cooking together is a big part of Food Lab. Our classes are designed for people to gather, cook, learn, and eat together. If you’d prefer to have a station just for your group, bring some friends and book 4 spots ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Kids ages 10 and up are welcome to join most public classes with a purchased ticket. Just keep in mind that these are still adult classes, and feel free to reach out if you have questions about whether a class is a good fit
