Watermelon Pizza
Ingredients
1 large round slice of watermelon (about 1 inch thick)
1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
Granola or crushed graham crackers
Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Cut the watermelon slice into 6–8 wedges like a pizza.
Spread a thin layer of yogurt over each wedge.
Top with berries and a sprinkle of granola.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Serve chilled.
