Watermelon Pizza

Ingredients
1 large round slice of watermelon (about 1 inch thick)
1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
Granola or crushed graham crackers
Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon slice into 6–8 wedges like a pizza.

  2. Spread a thin layer of yogurt over each wedge.

  3. Top with berries and a sprinkle of granola.

  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

  5. Serve chilled.
