Smoothie Popsicles

Makes: About 6 popsicles (depending on mold size)

 A refreshing frozen treat made from fruit and yogurt—great for hot days or healthy snacks! You can mix up the fruits—try mango + pineapple, or peach + banana.

Ingredients

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
1 banana
1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
½ cup orange juice or milk (any kind)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 

  2. Pour into popsicle molds (or small paper cups with sticks).

  3. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.

To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
