Chilled Peaches with Tajín & Lime

Serves 4–6 as a side or snack

Ingredients:
4 ripe but firm peaches, sliced into wedges
Juice of 1–2 limes
1–2 teaspoons Tajín (to taste)
Optional: a drizzle of honey or a pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Slice peaches into thin wedges. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.

  2. Right before serving, toss gently with fresh lime juice.

  3. Sprinkle with Tajín, adjusting to your heat/salt preference.

  4. Optional: drizzle with honey or add a small pinch of flaky salt.

  5. Serve immediately while cold.
